Intelligent people can just play the role of a guide or mentore rather than getting involved in politics directly.. what pakistan requires is honest , sincere , dedicated , consistent and brave leaders ; yes intelligent leaders may have an edge over the leaders with character traits mentioned above but not at the cost of sincerity & bravery.
